For orders below INR 4000, the shipping charge will be calculated at checkout based on your location via shiprocket.
5. Expedited Shipping
If you require expedited shipping, please contact us at customer@jolicharme.com with the subject line ‘Expedited Shipping Request’. Additional charges will apply for expedited shipping services. However, expedited shipping cannot be requested after the order has been processed and left the warehouse.
6. Delivery Time
We are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time is between 7 to 14 days. Please note that the actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Our shipping partners will make two attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, we will process a refund for the order, excluding any applicable reshipment fee.
10. Item Availability
While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, there may be instances where items appear to be available when you place your order but are, in fact, out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you as quickly as possible and cancel the unavailable item. A refund will be issued to your account within 14 working days. Please note that the exact timeframe for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
